1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phdream42 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phdream42, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

phdream42 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification documents cannot be provided or where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. Notify phdream42 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phdream42 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱500 per transaction via all supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are processed within one (1) banking day.
• Withdrawal Verification: phdream42 requires full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the same name as the phdream42 account.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless combined with a bonus.
• Fees: phdream42 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which phdream42 accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in PHP. phdream42 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

phdream42 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, phdream42 will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phdream42 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. Players must satisfy all conditions before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• phdream42 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on phdream42 are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Playtech, Habanero, Play'n GO, and Spadegaming. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdream42 staff or other players

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phdream42 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phdream42 content without prior written consent
• Use the phdream42 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation
• Create derivative works based on any phdream42 content
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the platform

Any unauthorised use of phdream42 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phdream42.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdream42 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or force majeure events
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the phdream42 platform

phdream42's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream42 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phdream42 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phdream42 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Termination

phdream42 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at phdream42 staff or other players
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

Upon termination for cause, phdream42 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting phdream42 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
